Easter Photo Tips

Easter is right around the corner and what a great opportunity to grab the camera & get some shots in. Try these ideas on for size:

• Family group photos while everyone is dressed up in their Sunday best!

Word Books

Have you seen one of the coolest products to hit the market? Word books & everyone is making them!

What's a Word book? Basically, it's a chipboard album made to form a word. For Valentine's Day, I made my husband the 'Love' book. Look!




These are really fun projects to make as they are quick and become very personalized. This book stands 4" high. I added pictures of Tom and I and decorated it with stickers, buttons and ribbons and fibers. Each inside page is decorated as well with other stickers that I had in my stash.





Easter and Mother's Day are right around the corner, so stay tuned for some upcoming examples of these two events. It's never too late to start planning for March & May!

The February Crop-A-Lot

Mark your calendars for Feb. 23rd as the next Crop-A-Lot!

We are switching locations to the Tierra Verde Clubhouse in Stuart on Kanner Hwy. Thanks to Pam Cummings for offering it to us!

Bring your projects that you are working on and get ready for 3 hours of concentrated scrapping. New supplies will be on the Design Bar as each month it grows. I am finding items that you will not find locally, so the variety and uniqueness of the products is a great benefit to attending.

New faces show up each month, so this is a great way to meet fellow scrappers and share your creativity with others.

More Valentine's Days cards!

It's almost time - the last weekend before Valentine's Day!

Want something unique for your sweetie? How about a great card for your close friend or sister? Contact me at janfoselli@yahoo.com to custom order a Valentine's Day greeting card!






All cards are handcrafted by Jan. The XO card has room to personalize it in the upper right hand corner. Each heart is adhered with 3D foam to add dimension to the card, and each heart is punched from different textured card stock.

The 'I Love You' card also has room for a personal touch, i.e. name or another sentiment or embellishment, in the upper right hand corner of the card. The large heart displays a button in the center for extra texture.

All cards are blank inside for your own personal message.

Cards are $4 plus sales tax and are turned around within 48 hours. Orders must be received by February 11.

Valentine's Day Cards Are Here!

The first crop of Valentine's Day cards are hot off the crafting table and are ready for you to give to a loved one!







Remember When Creations' cards are all handcrafted by me. An advantage of buying a card from Remember When Creations is the personal touch. Each card can be personalized for your loved one, whether it's your spouse, best friend, grandparents, etc.





In this example, my nephew Aiden wanted to give one of his teachers a card with his photo. Adding a photo to a card is a great way to preserve a memory for years to come. His teacher will keep this card and remember Aiden years from now.









This example of an "I love you" card is great to give to grandparents from a child. The two heart shaped balloons actually are raised from the card to add some dimension. The strings of the balloons are made with some really fun fibers that add texture to the card.
